Oil on Deep Edge Cradled Panel.  Clark Island is a state park in the San Juan Islands of Washington State.  It's not accessible by the ferry, so we go there in our 1977 sailboat which moored in Anacortes. 
I absolutely love madrone trees, and finally feel I captured their personality.  We paddled into this beach cove with our kayaks. Wildlife abounds, and it's a magical inviting place.
