Oil on Cradled Panel with deep edges. This painting is probably my most overcast, but somehow the scene is still a bright one- thus the title. 
This is Twin Lakes, and it's a 10 mile hike, so we backpacked in.  Once, when we were first married, and again 20 years later- almost to the day!  It's really fun to follow the thin brushy trail from the establish backpack campsite to that isthmus!
