Enjoy a creative day out and learn to "reverse" paint in this art class in Renton! It's so satisfying to paint on a smooth surface! We paint on the backside of clear acrylic, so the finished painting is not visible until the end when we flip them over! No kids on this one, sorry! It's a paint and sip for folks who want to BYOB. This is not your typical paint party; you'll create a quirky artwork that can be displayed on a desk, shelf, or wall to brighten up a small space! This class is a great introduction to mixed media. We'll start by painting with acrylic paint, then add layers to create a dimensional look! You'll have a chance to make it your own but with the comfort of a template to work from. We will meet in a beautiful, brand-new art studio in the backyard of a residence in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing experience where you can paint among fellow creatives and learn new skills and techniques for beginners! Finished painting is 10x8 inches and comes with a display stand.
